Chapter 16

Anne has definitely become comfortable in her in her role as Queen to be. She knows by now that she has the King  wrapped around her finger, or at least that is what she thinks. I doubt very seriously he would have given up his kingdom for her though. Poor Cardinal Wolsey, what a juxtaposition that he is in; he desperately needed to gain favor with Anne, since this would please the King, but inwardly he abhorred her.  She is very methodical in her dealings with court factions and politics.
